to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Agent\nProvide information and marketing material to prospects\nRespond to the sales line and voice mail for leads\nWork with the prospect to determine the best community and floor plan\nUtilize lead-management software\nCreate and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns\nTrack and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios\nMaintain website content\nMonitor third-party websites and online advertising\nContinually research the competition and their online activities\nAdditional responsibilities as needed\nJob Qualifications:\nTwo years of sales and/or marketing experience\nCustomer focused and personable\nProven e-mail and phone communication skills\nSales contact management database experience\nSolid organizational, planning and managing skills\nMaintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision\nAbility to multi-task and manage time well\nMust
