The role offers hands-on exposure to outlet maintenance, facilities management, renovation projects and site coordination, assisting daily operational activities, monitoring work progress and supporting facilities and improvement projects across multiple outlets.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n\nAssist in coordinating daily maintenance activities, repairs and improvement works across company outlets.\n\nSupport site inspections to identify maintenance issues, equipment conditions and facility-related problems.\n\nAssist in monitoring outlet renovation, equipment installation and improvement projects to ensure work progresses according to schedule.\n\nCoordinate with technicians, contractors and suppliers on assigned maintenance and project activities under supervision.\n\nAssist in sourcing materials, spare parts and services, including obtaining quotations and preparing cost comparisons.\n\nSupport basic quality inspections to ensure maintenance and project works meet company requirements.\n\nAssist in preparing and updating maintenance records, project schedules, site reports and other relevant documentation.\n\nIdentify and report outstanding maintenance issues, project delays or site concerns to the immediate superior.\n\nProvide general administrative and operational support to the Maintenance and Project teams.\n\nPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.\n\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Building Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related fields.\n\nBasic understanding of building maintenance, engineering principles or project operations.\n\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).\n\nBasic knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawings would be an added advantage.\n\nGood communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.\n\nProactive, responsible and willing to learn.\n\nAble to work independently with guidance and collaborate effectively with team members.\n\nWilling to travel to outlets or project sites when required.\n\nPossession of own transportation
