This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world administrative and accounting operations within a fast-growing business environment. The intern will assist with administrative, coordination, and record-keeping tasks essential to the smooth running of our finance team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the finance team with tracking monthly payments and subscriptions\n\nPrepare and process online payments for utilities and office/outlets expenses\n\nManage filing, labelling, and organizing financial documents\n\nHandle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks for the team, ensure tidy and up-to-date document storage both physically and digitally\n\nMaintain trackers and update business information in Microsoft Excel or internal systems\n\nPerform accurate data entry in internal systems and AutoCount accounting software\n\nProvide administrative and coordination support to the Finance team\n\nAssist in preparing documents required for audit, tax filing, and company secretarial purposes\n\nCoordinate administrative matters between HQ and outlet teams\n\nPerform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\n\nDetail-oriented, organised, and able to maintain accurate records.\n\nGood communication skills and willingness to coordinate with different teams.\n\nResponsible, proactive, and willing to learn new systems, including AutoCount.\n\nAble to handle confidential financial information professionally.\n\nAble to work independently and as part
