About the Role

As a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the EMEA region is one of the important regions for Dobot. The EMEA sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the future of Dobot business success in EMEA. The key function of this role is to create demand and achieve high win rate on repeat sales through sales development and application consulting work. This role covers the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and YoY growth via project-driven channel partner network.

- Identify cobot application opportunities at end users.

- Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with end users and partners.

- Coordinate end user visits, make presentations, demonstrate products, support and share application insights.

- Achieve high repeat sales by ensuring first time end users or key accounts have successful deployments and satisfactory experience with Dobot/ partners.

- Handle all end users’ enquiries/ leads.

- Co-create lead generation strategy with Regional Head and Marketing.

- Carry out events to educate the market on cobot applications and generate leads.

- Gather market intelligence and support with sales forecasting and other reporting materials.

- Record and maintain all info. from customer meetings, leads, opportunities, activities etc.

- Coordinate and participate at bigger events (i.e. conferences, exhibitions).

任职要求 / Requirements

- Min. 5 years of experience in establishing, developing and managing channel partner network.

- Preferably from the automation or robotic industries.

- Ability to operate between “hunting” for new possibilities and “farming” existing customers and finding the required channel of partners to develop the business.

- Strong understanding of solution sales business and working with channel partners.

- Adanced-level English skills required.

- Willingness to travel as needed (40-60% of the time).
