Должностные обязанности:

  • Контроль корректности оформления первичных документов и дебиторской-кредиторской задолженности;

  • Проверка договоров с поставщиками, проверка корректности закрытия месяца;

  • Проведение актов выполненных работ от поставщиков;

  • Осуществление своевременной и качественной подготовки данных по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета для составления отчетности;

  • Обеспечивание подготовки бухгалтерских документов для их архивации;

  • Помощь гл. бухгалтеру в подготовке к сдаче отчетности в ИФНС; проверка книги покупок и книги продаж.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы в аналогичной должности;
  • Знание: законодательства российской системы бухгалтерского учета; 1С; СБИС. Уверенное владение ПК;
  • Знание бухгалтерского и налогового законодательства РФ;
  • Внимательность к деталям, ответственность и умение работать в команде.
