You will act as the bridge between IT and the wider organisation, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, communicated, and transformed into effective technology solutions that help DOC achieve its conservation goals. You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their IT challenges and opportunities, recommend practical solutions, and support the delivery and adoption of new systems and tools\nKey responsibilities;\nBuild strong relationships with business units and the ISS team to ensure technology supports organisational priorities. \nAnalyse business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. \nIdentify and recommend IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with DOC’s strategic goals. \nSupport project delivery and change management to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems. \nCommunicate effectively between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable insights. \nStay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practice to continuously improve DOC’s digital engagement and business processes. \nClick here for the Role Description\nNgā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience\nYou will bring a combination of technical understanding, business insight, and relationship-building skills.
