Our team is driven by collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement-constantly learning, evolving, and pushing to deliver better outcomes for our clients and communities. \nOur Values \nAlways do the right thing \nSupport and respect the people you work with \nThink like a client \nBe patient and flexible-even when unexpected obstacles arise \nEnsure everyone safely returns to their families\nEntry-Level Field Engineer\nThe successful candidate for this entry-level position will be assigned to work on a project site, under the supervision of the Project Manager and Superintendent on the job. \nResponsibilities include the following: \nSurvey layout of control lines and establish various locations in relation to property lines. \nInterpret drawings and assist construction supervision and trades personnel in maintaining adherence to locations, dimensions and specifications. \nPerform as-built survey of work in place, including generating electronic records. \nEstimate quantity of materials and related items for various aspects of the work. \nQuality control oversight of the work of various trades as required by project specifications. \nWork with and assist subcontractors in following drawings, specifications, quality standards, and in coordinating details of scheduling. \nMaintain effective communication with construction supervision, architects, and engineers.\nExecute company safety requirements including daily site inspection for conformance with the company safety policy and OSHA standards\nMaintain project records and manpower reports.
