You’ll Do\nPartner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies\n\nOwn and manage the full-cycle recruitment process-from sourcing to closing\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates\n\nGuide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout\n\nProvide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance\n\nDrive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement\n\nContribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired:\n5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments\n\nProven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels\n\nDemonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones\n\nDeep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies\n\nStrong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively\n\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment\n\nExperience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)\n\nFamiliarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices\n\nPrior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company\n\nDocker does not offer visa sponsorship for this
