internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners\nPrepare presentations, analyses, and materials for senior management and ownership\nEnsure structured documentation, approval, and review processes\nDocument and share clear meeting summaries with actionable next steps\nSupport additional tasks aligned with leadership and business priorities\nRequirements\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\n3-6 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment, ideally in business controlling or financial audit (Big4 experience is a plus)\nEssential Skills\nBasic understanding of holding structures and group-level financial processes, or strong willingness to learn\nStrong accounting foundation with a controlling mindset\nExperience or strong interest in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nFluency in English and Hungarian\nProactive, flexible, and pragmatic with a hands-on mindset\nStrong relationship-building skills across teams and function\nDesirable Skills\nExperience using AI tools as part of daily work\nInterest in financial process optimization and automation\nConfidence working with senior stakeholders in a structured environment\nKnowledge of
