In this role, you’ll help build and maintain the fiber and HFC networks that keep our customers and communities connected.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInstall, splice, terminate, and maintain fiber optic systems.\nConduct fiber testing using OTDRs, light meters, and related tools.\nTroubleshoot and repair fiber and HFC systems, including Headend equipment.\nMaintain and update cabling documentation and network diagrams.\nAssist in network expansion projects, site surveys, and system upgrades.\nProvide on-call support and emergency restoration for outages.\nOperate specialized test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, MPEG Analyzers, PathTrak).\nFollow all safety standards (OSHA, NEC, FCC, and company guidelines).\nDeliver excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe’re searching for a problem-solver with a passion for technology and a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
