You’llbe the friendly face customers see when they walk into our retail locations-welcoming them, answering questions, processing payments, and helping them find the right mobile devices, accessories, and services that keep them connected to the moments that matter.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGreet customers and create a welcoming, professional, and positive store environment.\nAssistcustomers with purchasing devices, accessories, and service plans that best fit their needs.\nOperate our point-of-sale (POS) and billing systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.\nHandle cash, credit, debit, gift certificates, refunds, exchanges, and account updates with accuracy and care.\nMaintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and visually appealing.\nSupport customers with Self-Care setup and explain product features or promotions in a clear, helpful way.\nWork collaboratively with your team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.\nParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional rotation to different store locations as needed.\nSupport all retail locations when needed because we’reOne Team!\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe’relooking for passionate, people-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associate. If you love solving problems, sharing knowledge, and turning everyday interactions into positive experiences, we want you on our team!\nWhat You Bring\nA spirited, positive personality with a passion for helping others.\nStrong communicationskills both verbal and written with genuine empathy and professionalism.\nThe ability to stay calm, confident, and solution-driven under pressure.\nBasic computer and data-entry skills, with comfort navigating multiple systems at once.\nPreviousexperience in customer service or call center environments (telecom experience a plus!).\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed because connection never stops.\nBilingual or multilingual skills are a big plus (Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, or Japanese).\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GEDrequired.\nOne (1) year of customer service or retail sales experience preferred.\nBasic math skills and cash-handling experience.\nStrong attention to detail and time management.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and occasionallylift upto 25-50 lbs.\nProfessional, friendly, andsolution-focused approach to customer interactions.\nMultilingual abilities (Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, or Japanese) are a plus.\nWork Schedule\nThis is a full-timeposition requiring flexibility to support business needs, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
