This role serves as a leader within the store, driving sales performance, coaching team members, maintainingoperational excellence, and supporting the day-to-day management of retail operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Retail Store Supervisor, you'llplay a key role in supporting the success of our retail operations while creating exceptional experiences for both customers and employees.\nRevenue & Customer Experience\nSupport the achievement of store revenue targets and key performance indicators.Engage customers and assistin understanding, demonstrating, and selecting products and services.\nTrack, compile, and report weekly revenue performance against targets.\nIdentifyand communicate challenges while assistingin the development of solutions.\nMaintaina high levelof customer satisfaction and support achievement of customer experience goals, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.\nEnsure customers receive friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.\nMaintainstore appearance, cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.\nEnsure promotional materials, displays, and products are accurately presented and merchandised according to company standards.\n• Troubleshoot, research, escalate, and resolve customer concerns and service-related issues.\n\nOperations\nConduct interviews and assist with recruitment efforts to fill open positions.Review and approve credit adjustments and customer transaction exceptions within delegated authority.\nSubmitinventory requests and monitor stock levels to support business needs.\nReceive inventory and ensure items are accurately reflected in company systems.\nReview inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts.\nCompile and submitweekly retail reports.\nReport customer and employee feedback and assistin identifyingsolutions.\nSupport the day-to-day maintenance and operations of retail facilities, including coordinating vendors, appointments, service requests, and facility repairs.\nAssistin managing retail facility budgets and ensuring service contracts remaincurrent.\nMaintainaccountability for store inventory and company assets.\nProcess payments, point-of-sale transactions, reconciliations, deposits, and end-of-day reporting.\nConduct physical inventory counts and audits.\nComplete required training and stay informed on operational updates, product changes, and company initiatives.\n• Perform other duties as assigned.\n\nLeadership Responsibilities\nCoach, counsel, train, and develop team members.Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback.\nAssistwith staff scheduling and workload distribution.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.\nMotivate and support employees in achieving sales and operational goals.\nRespond to customer concerns and escalations in a timelyand professional manner.\nIdentifyopportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies.\n• Directly support the Retail Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are seeking a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
