You will help ensure new products and process changes land in the local markets\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and leading with data, bringing structure to complexity, and making things happen across multiple stakeholders.\nHow will you make an impact?\nAct as a counterpart to Global VP in scaling key products and processes, fully owning the outcomes of the projects and key Customer Success KPIs: onboarding quality, health score, and retention\n\nAct as a Project Owner for selected initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, risks, and follow-up, working hand in hand with local teams\n\nFocus on implementing new products across existing product suite and customer base\n\nScale results, experiments, and learnings from one market into global project\n\nLiaise with in-market stakeholders to align on project direction and status, and drive KPIs in alignment with local priorities\n\nCollaborate with global product team to build a product that our customers love\n\nLead specific parts of the customer journey, such as onboarding of new customers; own the onboarding success KPI and drive continuous improvement\n\nCollaborate with Ops team on efficiencies and AI solutions to lift onboarding success and customer satisfaction\n\nQualifications / What will help you thrive?\nExperience in project management, program management, customer success, or operations in a complex, multi-product/multi-market business.\nYou solved a business wide problem: defined the challenge, built the project plan, executed on it, and achieved the target KPIs.\n\nData/AI-literate: you can read dashboards, interpret KPIs, and design experiments and segmentation.
