You will play a key role in improving the quality, UX, and depth of our mobile application while contributing significantly to the technical foundations of mobile development for the team.\nWorking in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.\nYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nEstablish and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the patient domain\n\nDrive technical excellence across mobile development, ensuring high code quality and best practices\n\nContribute to the technical roadmap and guide architectural decisions for the mobile platform\n\nMentor and support mobile engineers in implementing robust, scalable solutions\n\nLead by example in building features that enhance the user experience and app performance\n\nAbout our tech environment\nOur solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.\n\nOur mobile applications are built with React Native. The rest of our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python and Kotlin.\n\nWe leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals.
