Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors to schedule, supervise, and approve repair or maintenance activities. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of work orders, service reports, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment history. Ensure all facilities comply with applicable hospital, safety, regulatory, and health standards. Respond to urgent facility issues (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, electrical) to minimize operational disruptions. Collaborate with hospital administration and department heads to prioritize and resolve facility-related needs. Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing renovation projects and facility upgrades. Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts needed for facility operations. Promote and support energy efficiency, environmental safety, and sustainability initiatives across all hospital facilities.
