Millions of consultations already flow through the product. We are hiring a Senior Product Engineer to build features used by patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners. This is a full-stack role. We do not split product engineering into frontend and backend lanes. A project may require a patient workflow in Next.js, a FastAPI endpoint, a new data model, and changes to how the service runs in production. You will work across those boundaries to ship the complete feature. We expect product engineers to work AI-natively. Coding agents are part of daily delivery, not an occasional assistant. You will use them to explore code, plan changes, implement, test, review, debug, and automate repeated work. You remain responsible for product decisions, system design, and the correctness of every change.
