You'll turn a fast-moving roadmap into a shipped product, optimize the existing experience for completion and conversion to a physician visit, and identify and own new product opportunities across the patient journey. You'll build with AI tools as part of how you work every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nRoadmap Execution & Delivery\nOwn execution of the consumer product roadmap, turning ideas into shipped features\n\nPrototype flows to validate ideas and de-risk specs before engineering commits time\n\nUse AI tools to draft specs, tickets, and documentation quickly\n\nBreak down ambiguous problems into sequenced, shippable increments\n\nRoadmap Development\nIndependently scope and propose roadmaps for defined product areas\n\nBring a clear, data-backed point of view on prioritization and sequencing\n\nIdentify quick wins and low-lift improvements worth pursuing outside the primary roadmap\n\nSize opportunities quickly so leadership can decide what's worth resourcing\n\nData-Driven Iteration & Growth\nDefine and track success metrics for shipped features\n\nRun and interpret A/B tests (Statsig) to validate what's working and kill what isn't\n\nRun user research to find new product opportunities\n\nReport progress and impact clearly to leadership on a regular cadence\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nServe as the connective tissue between eng, design, AI/clinical teams, and marketing\n\nCoordinate launches across web and native apps (iOS/Android)\n\nEscalate risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders informed without excessive process\n\nPartner with support and clinical ops to catch and fix issues surfaced from real patients\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of consumer product management experience\n\nSharp product sense: a clear point of view on what's worth building and what to cut\n\nTrack record of taking consumer web and mobile features from idea to shipped\n\nAble to independently scope and propose a roadmap for a well-defined product area\n\nData fluency: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and running experiments\n\nStrong technical fluency: able to work closely with engineers on tradeoffs and constraints\n\nComfort operating with ambiguity, incomplete information, and making decisions quickly\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup or growth-stage company\n\nAI-native workflow: use AI to prototype ideas, synthesize research, draft, and iterate quickly\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in healthcare or other regulated consumer industries\n\nExperience at an early-stage company where you owned a defined roadmap area\n\nExperience building or shipping AI-powered or conversational product experiences\n\nCompensation &
