Holly, Burlington County NJ.\nFrom young adults in transition, to seniors in need of specialized care, partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community. Utilizing principles of wellness and recovery and peer support systems, we work with individuals to create a personalized wellness and recovery plan, develop positive relationships and improve overall quality of life.\nLocated in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ\nSchedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch; On-call responsibilities\nSalary: $55,000-$60,000/year\nResponsibilities:\nProvides operational and administrative oversight to the Adult Partial Care program;\nEnsures the highest quality of service is provided that is in accordance with agency standards and DMHAS regulations;\nRecruits, trains, and develops a highly motivated, collaborative, and effective team;\nProvides guidance, leadership and coaching to employees, ensuring timely feedback through regular supervision and performance appraisals;\nRegularly observes groups to ensure staff competency and quality of services being delivered;\nSupports a safe work environment including engaging in crisis intervention, as needed;\nFacilitates daily program huddles and regular team meetings per agency standards and best practices;\nOversees Adult Partial Care documentation, as required by DHMAS regulations and agency polices, including, but not limited to timely treatment plans, assessments, discharge plans, incident reports, and group schedules;\nManages program census including admissions and discharges to the program;\nEngages with new and existing clients to promote positive rapport between individuals served and program leadership;\nEnsures program is meeting productivity, level of service, and revenue targets;\nCollects, monitors, and evaluates program data regarding outcomes and performance indicators;\nOversees program transportation services including fleet management, driving routes, and billing components;\nProvides administrative oversight to nursing department;\nUtilizes the Health Information Exchange database to enhance client care;\nWorks alongside Director for fiscal oversight of program operations;\nEnsures staff compliance with all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements;\nEnsures facility meets regulatory standards and agency expectations;\nWorks as a collaborative team member with all Oaks’ departments, community partners, regulatory bodies, and funding sources;\nAll other duties as assigned.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary\nMedical and dental insurance\nVision plan\nRetirement plan\nFlexible spending plans\nEXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions!\nOpportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidates\nTeam-oriented environment - we practice the FISH! Philosophy\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a mental health field required; Master’s degree in a mental health field and/or relevant professional licensure preferred;\nFive (5) years of experience in mental health services, two (2) years of which in a supervisory capacity required;\nExperience in the substance abuse and/or co-occurring field preferred;\nValid Driver's License required.\nPrograms funded through SAMHSA must follow federal guidelines for a drug free workplace.\nAll positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
