Team members work to safely resolve behavioral health crisis through intervention, assessment and stabilization.\nLead with purpose while making a meaningful impact across the organization!\nSchedule: Full-time; Flexible hours\nSalary: $65,000 - $70,811.73\nCompetencies:\nThe potential employee must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of wellness and recovery principals; psychotropic medications and uses; understand the need for respect and provides opportunities for self-advocacy; ability to provide supports and resources to staff to accomplish program goals and knowledge of risk reduction techniques; awareness of the limitations of developmental disabilities on social functioning; and the ability to appropriately manage aggressive behavior; Possess computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervises Managers and oversees the CCT /PST\nSupervisions-individually/group on a monthly basis\nTrack productivity\nMonitor open shifts that need coverage for the department\nAssist the management team with getting coverage for open shifts\nDaily huddles\nAssist with monitoring the outreach-tracking list\nAssist with obtaining screening documents and judge's orders getting to the court in a timely manner.\nLead team meeting with management team\nSupervisor-On-Call duties\nBe a part of an Oaks committee\nMember of the NJ CIT committee\nResponsible for Safety Zone reports and reviews\nConduct screening assessment on the unit and outreaches (community and hospital based)\nResponsible for covering manager's shifts and duties when needed.\nOther job duties as assigned\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary\nMedical and dental insurance\nVision plan\nRetirement plan\nFlexible spending plans\nEXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions!\nOpportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidates\nTeam-oriented environment - we practice the FISH! Philosophy\nQualifications:\nMaster’s degree in a mental health related field required with at least five (5) year's experience working within the mental health system; Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience;\n\nNJ Screeners Certification;\n\nMinimum 2 years supervisory experience;\n\nKnowledge and experience working with mentally ill individuals who are at high risk for psychiatric hospitalization;\n\nKnowledge of case management services;\n\nKnowledge of the mental health field in NJ and commitment to the principles of wellness & recovery;\n\nKnowledge of the County Court System preferred;\n\nValid Driver's License in good standing required.\nAll positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
