You will oversee day-to-day operations and critical capital investment projects, championing continuous improvement and driving measurable gains in reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.\nPartnering closely with key stakeholders, you will build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of nine colleagues-strengthening technical expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and developing future leaders-ultimately delivering sustained operational excellence and long-term site growth.\nJoin the team and let's do great things together!\nTasks\nWhat will You Do?\nLead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site\nManage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians)\nDrive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability\nLead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities\nManage external vendors, including site security and service providers\nParticipate in investment planning and CapEx strategy\nLead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution)\nMonitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s\nChampion a strong safety culture and safe working environment\nRequirements\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nEducation: Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field\nExperience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role leading a team and ideally in the manufacturing sector within a multinational company.\nProven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation\nVendors & contractors management\nKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance\nKPI’s management\nContinuous improvement methodologies\nProject management\nSoft skills:\nSafety-first mindset.
