Prepare facility inspection and condition reports as required.\nEstablish and implement a Preventive Maintenance program.\nPerform maintenance and repairs as necessary on credit union facilities to ensure they are maintained in a manner that is consistent with member and management expectations.\nCoordinate, schedule and execute maintenance and repair activities in a timely and efficient manner.\nAct as project lead or assist with moves, remodels new locations and reconfigurations to include planning, determining and acquiring needed assets to execute and report on assigned projects.\nMaintain logs in Maximo of maintenance activity on all mechanical, controls and electrical systems to ensure code compliance.\nMaintain advanced knowledge of building mechanical and control systems.\nPerform janitorial duties as required and monitor custodial and maintenance services.\nMaintain minimal repair parts inventory necessary to complete common recurring maintenance tasks. Track all maintenance through Maximo.\nParticipate in the construction, installation or modification of mechanical, controls and electrical systems as required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation: High School graduate or equivalent.\nCreditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable.\nExperience/Skills: Seven years relevant experience in facilities mechanical systems. Project lead experience preferred. Must have advanced knowledge of building systems, able to work independently and to communicate with and relate to people. Basic typing skills and general computer experience is required. This position requires a valid driver's license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment physical, pre-employment and random drug testing. In addition, must be able to lift 80 pounds.\nTenure: Not applicable\nCompensation\nStarting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below.
