Utilizing principles of wellness and recovery and peer support systems, we work with individuals to create a personalized wellness and recovery plan, develop positive relationships and improve overall quality of life.\nLocated in Princeton, Mercer County NJ\nSchedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm; 30 minute unpaid lunch\nSalary: $57,000/year\nCompetencies:\nThe applicant must demonstrate a knowledge of wellness and recovery principals, awareness of the impact and limitations of mental health illness and social functioning. In addition, the applicant must have the ability to convey trust and gain respect from the population served. He/she must also possess superb written and verbal skills.\nResponsibilities:\nUnder the direct supervision of the Program Director, the Program Supervisor, will provide oversight and supervision of direct care staff, support with counselor duties and assist the Program Supervisor in the daily operations of the Partial Care program. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for, but not limited to performing the following functions:\nSupervises Partial Care staff and oversees all program services provided;\nProvides administrative and clinical supervision to Partial Care staff including assignment of caseloads; Complete and review Partial Care documentation, including treatment plans and comprehensive needs assessments;\nCoordinate group coverage and schedule, make revisions as necessary based upon Partial Care community needs/interest and group observations;\nPlan, coordinate and facilitate the orientation and training of new staff and interns;\nProvide crisis management services to clients as needed;\nConduct daily huddles with the treatment team;\nConducting and monitor regular completion of depression and suicide screenings;\nCoordinates with the Transportation Supervisor and administrative team to bill for client transportation services;\nCompletes intake/admission for Partial Care clients, including relevant documentation;\nProvide group coverage, as needed, to ensure program remaining in ratio per licensing requirements;\nContinuous quality improvement and performance management reporting;\nCoordinate resources available through community agencies, facilities and organizations in order to support and implement the groups and activities that constitute the daily Partial Care program;\nProvide Partial Care Counselors with community resource information;\nServe as a member of the multi-disciplinary and leadership team;\nOther relevant management duties as assigned.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary\nMedical and dental insurance\nVision plan\nRetirement plan\nFlexible spending plans\nEXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions!\nOpportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidates\nTeam-oriented environment - we practice the FISH! Philosophy\nQualifications:\nMasters degree in social work, psychology or a related area plus\nOne (1) year of experience in behavioral healthcare;\nLSW or related license to practice in New Jersey a plus; OR\nBachelors degree in social work, psychology or a related area plus two (2) years direct service experience in a behavioral health setting; experience with a mental health partial hospital or partial care program is a plus\nValid Driver's License required.\nPrograms funded through SAMHSA must follow federal guidelines for a drug free workplace.\nAll positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
