Utilizing principles of wellness and recovery and peer support systems, we work with individuals to create a personalized wellness and recovery plan, develop positive relationships and improve overall quality of life.\nLocated in Berlin, Camden County NJ\nSchedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:00pm; 45 minute unpaid lunch\nCompetencies:\nThe applicant must demonstrate a knowledge of wellness and recovery principals, awareness of the impact and limitations of mental health illness and social functioning. In addition, the applicant must have the ability to convey trust and gain respect from the population served. He/she must also possess superb written and verbal skills.\nResponsibilities:\nUnder the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Program Coordinator, will provide oversight and supervision of direct care staff, support with counselor duties and assist the Program Supervisor in the daily operations of the Partial Care program. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for, but not limited to performing the following functions:\nProvide administrative oversight to case managers, behavioral support specialist, and counselors in the program\nConduct individual supervisions per agency and licensing standards\nFacilitate staff meetings and daily morning meetings for partial care staff\nRecruit, train, and develop a highly motivated and effective team\nAssist Program Supervisor in providing oversight of quality assurance and performance improvement activities related to agency requirements\nMonitor staff provision of group services on topics including cognitive skills, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, prevocational/educational skills, and health and wellness\nWork as a member of an interdisciplinary team, including engaging in coordination of care with internal and external providers and facilitating treatment team meetings\nFacilitate groups, conduct assessments, engage in treatment planning, as needed for a small caseload of individuals\nProvide crisis intervention, as needed\nFacilitate program training and curriculum development, consistent with licensing standards\nAssist Program Supervisor with ensuring compliance for the program and facility through inspections, record reviews, compliance reviews\nMaintain documentation per licensing and agency standards\nAll other duties as assigned\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary\nMedical and dental insurance\nVision plan\nRetirement plan\nFlexible spending plans\nEXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions!\nOpportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidates\nTeam-oriented environment - we practice the FISH!
