The group homes serves adults with a severe and persistent mental illness who have been discharged from Ancora State Psychiatric Hospital after a minimal stay of six months.\nLocations:\nBrowns Mills, Burlington County NJ\nCherry Hill/Medford, NJ\nSchedule: Full-time 40 hours; Monday-Friday; On-call responsibilities\nSalary: $55,372 annually\nResponsibilities:\nRecruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team.\nWorks with the Director to develop financial plans and implement at the programs.\nProvides guidance, leadership and coaching to employees and ensures timely feedback including performance appraisals.\nEnsures that employees are aware of changes in regulations and policy and procedures.\nEnsures physical plant meets regulatory standards and Agency expectations.\nConducts meetings, at minimum monthly, with employees in a group or individually. \nResponsible for staffing of all programs to ensure appropriate level of care and services are being provided. \nResponsible for the clinical records of all consumers served including timely treatment plans, all assessments and discharge planning.
