You design the backend services behind it and keep them fast, stable, and secure.Your responsibilities will include:\nYou design efficient, scalable backend architectures and implement them as microservices in Python.\nYou ensure performance, stability, and security through automated testing and modern CI/CD practices.\nYou work closely with frontend, machine learning, UX, and QA colleagues in agile teams (Scrum and Kanban).\nYou contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.\nYou help shape our platform architecture and technical direction.What you need to succeed\nYou have a degree in computer science or a comparable field.\nYou already have professional experience building backend services in production.\nYou apply software design patterns, testing, and engineering best practices consistently.\nYou are familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.\nYou ideally have experience designing RESTful APIs in the Python ecosystem (FastAPI, Flask or Django).\nYou are fluent in English.What we can offer\nThere are many great reasons to join DocuWare -
