If you have a keen eye for excellent problem-solving and process optimization, and enjoy holistic consulting and solution development, we look forward to meeting you!Your responsibilities include:\nDesigning DocuWare solutions that meet customer and partner requirements and planning their implementation in collaboration with the Solution Engineer.\nConducting on-site process analysis workshops with customers and preparing the associated documentation.\nTaking responsibility for the project - including coordination, resource planning, and project management - and serving as the central point of contact and project lead.\nActing as the primary contact during the onboarding phase and serving as the key account manager for your existing customers.\nPreparing proposals and providing pre-sales and after-sales support.\nWhat you need to succeed\nYou hold a university degree or have completed vocational training - ideally in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field - or possess relevant training with certified additional qualifications or equivalent professional experience.\n\nIdeally, you already have several years of experience in process optimization, project management, and/or client consulting. However, career changers are also welcome!\n\nIn addition, you bring excellent industry knowledge, with a particular focus on the requirements and challenges associated with document management.\n\nClient interaction is a top priority for you.
