You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, ensuring our marketing aligns with company goals and advances DocuWare’s market leadership.Your responsibilities will include:\nDesign and roll out integrated marketing plans tailored to the needs of the Central region, harmonizing global and regional priorities.\nBoost DocuWare’s visibility and demand, empowering Sales and partners to reach ambitious goals through targeted campaigns and initiatives.\nSpearhead demand generation, channel marketing, and campaign strategies to support every stage of the customer journey.\nRegularly evaluate and refine marketing activities to maximize their impact, efficiency, and ROI.\nSpot market trends and translate them into actionable strategies that fuel both short- and long-term business success.\nLocalize global marketing content and campaigns, developing resources that resonate with markets in the Central region.\nEnsure consistent messaging and engagement across online and offline channels to effectively reach your audiences.\nFoster close collaboration with Sales, partner management, and corporate marketing for seamless execution and alignment.\nInspire and guide your team, providing clear direction, support, and opportunities for development and continuous improvement.\nMonitor and report on campaign and team performance to enable data-driven decisions and further optimization.\nWhat you need to succeed\nA background in B2B marketing, especially within software, technology, or similarly dynamic sectors.
