The Customer Success team engages with end users to ensure satisfaction and engagement with their DocuWare systems to create long term users.Your responsibilities will include:\nYou will assist in updating and maintaining our CRM system to ensure accurate and up to date customer data, while taking on improvement projects surrounding CRM optimization for the needs of, and from the perspective of Customer Success.\nAdditionally wou wil support the Customer Success team in handling cancellation outreach, to understand customer experience, and ensure CRM is updated with cancellation reasons and feedback.\nAlso you will perform customer outreach as needed and under the direction of the Team Lead.\nWhat you need to succeed\nYou are a student (m/f/d) majoring in business administration, communications, marketing or management.\nYou have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. \nYou speak German and English fluently.\nYou are willing to come to our office in Germering at least 1-2 times a week.\nIn addition, you want to continue developing your skills, enjoy learning new things, and are proactive, open-minded, and reliable.\nWhat we can offer\nThere are many great reasons to join DocuWare -
