This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real-world systems, working with modern DevOps tools and practices in a Linux-based environment.You will work closely with our technical team to help build, automate, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nYou will support the setup and maintenance of Linux-based systems and servers and assist with managing virtualization environments, particularly Proxmox.\nYou will help build and maintain containerized environments using Dockerand\nYou will assist Kubernetes deployments and basic orchestration tasks and contribute to infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.\nYou will write and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages and monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support performance optimization.\nYou will document configurations, processes, workflows and automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot pipeline issues.\nWhat you need to succeed\nYou are currently studying Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, ideally in a Master's program.\n\nYou live in Saarbrücken (or the surrounding area) and are therefore able to come to our office on a regular basis? Perfect.\n\nYou have a basic understanding of Linux systems, including command-line interfaces, file systems, and permissions.\nYou are familiar with at least one scripting language, such as Bash or Python.\nYou have a basic understanding of virtualization concepts, preferably using Proxmox or a similar platform.\nYou are familiar with container technologies, particularly Docker and
