This role is critical to enabling efficient campaign execution, accurate attribution, and scalable growth.\nYou’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to analyze and optimize the processes that power our demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.\nThis is a full-time position and reports directly to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics\nPreferred Location\nThis is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered\nFor this position, there is a preference to hire in the Eastern Time zone, however candidates in other time zones willing to work Eastern time zone hours would also be considered\nTravel Requirements\nExpected travel is 10% for this role.\nEssential Functions\nPartner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems\nBuild dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms\nDevelop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management \nCollaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable perfect lead routing, segmentation, scoring models, and A/B testing \nMonitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps-owning troubleshooting and QA\nEducation Requirement\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.\n Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills\n4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles\nHands-on experience with: Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation, nurture flows, and lead lifecycle tracking and WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance optimization\nProficiency in WordPress CMS, Salesforce Pardot, GA4, GTM, Unbounce, Ongage, Event Brite, ON24, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Hive\nFamiliarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, and working with Google Tag Manager and GA4\nExperience supporting lead routing & scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics\nStrong technical aptitude and project management skills-comfortable translating marketing needs into system solutions\nClear communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally and train others on tool usage\n Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills\nHands-on proficiency working in Salesforce with an intuitive understanding of standard & custom objects, reports, dashboards, list views, and their reporting schema\nStrong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic modeling\nExperience building or maintaining dashboards in a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)\nPrevious experience with prompt engineering Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven analysis\nMeticulous attention to detail and strong documentation habits\nComfortable fielding requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing day-to-day demands\nAbout Dodge Construction Network\nDodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
