This role will design, build, and maintain custom solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem-partnering with Revenue Operations and GTM Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and native platform tools.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce developer who is comfortable owning technical delivery end-to-end - from requirements through deployment - and who brings strong platform architecture judgment to keep our org performant, secure, and maintainable as it scales.\nThis is a full-time position and reports directly to the Director of GTM Systems and Tools.\n Preferred Location and Expected Work Hours\nThis role is based in Kochi, India. Given the need for real-time collaboration with Dodge's US-based GTM Systems and Tools team, candidates should be comfortable working hours that overlap with US Pacific Time, generally 6:00/7:00 PM - 1:00/2:00 AM IST (this shifts by roughly an hour depending on US daylight saving time).\nTravel Requirements\nExpected travel is less than 5% of the time but may occasionally be required for team meetings.\n Essential Functions\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) \nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools \nConfigure and extend Salesforce CPQ, Flow, and Service Cloud to support evolving GTM business processes \nWrite efficient, well-tested Apex code and SOQL queries that respect governor limits and platform best practices \nPartner with the GTM Systems and Tools team to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, accounting for Salesforce architecture and data model implications \nTroubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and data integrity issues across the Salesforce platform \nMaintain clear technical documentation for custom development, integrations, and configuration changes, with disciplined change management and version control \nParticipate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices and release management processes \nCommunicate progress, blockers, and technical tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones \nBuild out and maintain CI/CD deployment processes for Salesforce releases \nConfigure and maintain Salesforce External Client Apps and API access patterns (e.g., JWT Bearer Flow) to support CLI-based tooling and AI agent integrations (e.g., Claude Code) \nEducation Requirement\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.\n Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills\n3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience \nHands-on proficiency with Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL \nExperience building and maintaining integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools \nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and governor limits \nExperience with Salesforce CPQ (Salesforce CPQ strongly preferred), Flow, and Service Cloud \nSalesforce Platform Developer I Certification \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed, cross-cultural teams \n Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills\nSalesforce Platform Developer II Certification \nExperience working within a distributed, global team structure supporting US-based stakeholders \nFamiliarity with CI/CD and version control tooling for Salesforce development (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) \n About Dodge Construction Network\nDodge Construction Network exists to deliver the comprehensive data and connections the construction industry needs to build thriving communities.
