We are looking for talents who are committed to our ultimate customer focus and who are ready to deliver their best performance in a thriving environment.\n\nDöhler Turkey is looking for \"Teamlead R&D\" to be employed in our Balıkesir Plant with the following qualifications;\nYour Role\n\nManaging R&D laboratory operations and leading the R&D team, ensuring effective resource planning and team development,\nLeading new product and process development projects in line with business objectives and customer needs,\nManaging process development and quality improvement studies for existing products,\nLeading laboratory and pilot-scale trials and ensuring successful scale-up to industrial production,\nDriving the development of value added products and optimizing processes to improve product quality, efficiency and cost performance,\nCoordinating cross functional activities with Sales, Business Units, Purchasing, Production and Quality Control,\nFollowing technological innovations and identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and processes,\nManaging project priorities, timelines and resources to achieve defined objectives,\nPromoting continuous improvement, lean principles and 5S practices within R&D operations.\nYour Profile\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering; a Master’s Degree is preferred,\nMinimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in R&D, product development or process development,\nExperience in drying and confectionery technologies, with a particular focus on jelly product formulation, process development and production,\nPrevious experience in R&D, laboratory management or pilot-scale applications is an advantage,\nExperience in team management, project coordination or technical leadership is preferred,\nKnowledge of lean principles, 5S methodology and continuous improvement practices,\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an innovative and result-oriented mindset,\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English,\nGood knowledge of MS Office;
