This role will be responsible for developing sales and inventory plans, analyzing performance, and partnering closely with Sales, Wholesale Operations, Buying and Merchandising to support sustainable, profitable growth.\nAs one of the first dedicated planning roles on the team, this position offers a unique opportunity to help build and refine planning processes, reporting, and tools. This will improve data visibility and enable more informed decision-making across the wholesale business in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Wholesale Planner will work closely with the DTC Planner and report into the VP of Buying & Planning.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain seasonal and monthly sales, inventory, and margin plans for the wholesale channel\nAnalyze weekly and monthly performance, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actionable strategies\nPartner with the Sales team to align on account-level forecasts, order pacing, and replenishment opportunities and risk. \nCollaborate with Wholesale Operations to ensure inventory flow supports order fulfillment and timing requirements; quantify financial and inventory risk around these deliverables.\nManage wholesale inventory position, ensuring healthy stock levels across key styles and partners\nPartner with Wholesale Sales during and after market in the projections process to adjust OTB and inventory targets by delivery based on actualized orders received.\nSupport monthly re-forecasting and scenario planning to adapt to changing business trends; maintaining and fine-tuning the revenue forecast tool; partnering with Wholesale Sales to deliver an accurate forecast at the close of each month. \nBuild and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, improving visibility and usability of wholesale data\nPartner cross-functionally to enhance reporting, planning tools, and system or platform capabilities, driving greater data clarity and accessibility\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of wholesale data, proactively troubleshooting discrepancies and strengthening data integrity\nContribute to the development and refinement of planning processes, tools, and best practices as the function grows\nAssist with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects to support overall business objectives \nHelp ensure the assortment hits margin and revenue goals when planning season buys.\nSkills and Abilities\nHighly detail oriented\nStrong analytical skills and a natural penchant for numbers\nAbility and natural drive to create and maintain organization within the department\nPassion for product and trend awareness\nGood judgment, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style\nHigh integrity and positive attitude\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and skill sets, cultural experience\nPassionate about working for an inclusive, values driven brand\nA high level of ownership, accountability and initiative\nAbility to work autonomously, take initiative and exercise discretion\nAbility to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAction oriented and results driven\nConfidentiality\nMaintains the confidentiality of all business documents and correspondence. \nMaintains confidentiality as related to employee increases, employee quarterly reviews, employee promotions, etc.\nSkills and Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in wholesale merchandise planning, buying, or a related analytical role\nExperience supporting or partnering with wholesale businesses strongly preferred\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach\nCollaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills\nAdvanced Excel skills;
