This includes scheduling all work received through accepted Customer Purchase Orders across all of the manufacturing resources in order to meet Customer scope and schedule expectations. Working in coordination with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and shopfloor management, the Master Scheduler will assume responsibility to ensure a live production schedule stays up to date.\nRequirements\nCoordinates design release schedule with engineering department to ensure timely data entry.\nCreates job releases post engineering.\nCreates schedule based on material and labor demand.\nEnsure operations manager, shop manager(s), and program manger(s) are aware of the live production schedule and any changes.\nCoordinates with Operations, Project Management and Procurement to ensure efficient usage of all resources to achieve company goals and meet customer requirements.\nCommunicates with department stakeholders to ensure their planning needs are accommodated.\nCoordinate with production supervisors and Procurement to report on the flow of parts, down time and/or incomplete deliverables, as well as other related issues and ensure program managers are aware.\nRestructures schedule based on program mangers decisions on internal customers options for corrections or mitigations to current plan.\nMentor and train team members on systems and processes to contribute to the overall success of the business. \nAll employees are expected to participate in continuous improvement projects.\nTravel on an as-required basis.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nAdditional work hours as needed.\nQualifications and Skills\nEducation: Bachelor Degree (minor or focus in Business/Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.\nExperience: 5+ years of scheduling and planning experience in a manufacturing environment (within custom manufacturing preferred) \nWork well with little direction/supervision.\nMust be a self-starter and highly motivated.\nAbility to work on multiple large scale projects at once.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills, capable of coming up with creative approaches for generating new ideas and improving existing processes or products in the unit.\nDemonstrated experience with analyzing, organizing, and entering information associated with documentation\nStrong leadership skills\nOther Skills: Ability to multi-task, interface at all levels of management, work independently and in team-settings. \nExperience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP system functions.\nEpicor ERP software experience or a comparable ERP software system. \nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nPaid Holidays\nEmployer paid Life Insurance\nEmployer paid Short Term Disability\nEmployer paid Long Term Disability\nDental insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nFlexible spending account\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nReferral Program\nTuition reimbursement\nVision insurance\nVoluntary Life insurance\nSchedule:\n1st Shift\nDay Shift\nAbout Williams, White & Company:\nEstablished in 1854, the Williams, White & Company name has been synonymous with quality industrial machinery for over a century.
