These positions will ensure the safe and efficient operations on DOF Vessels by maintaining the crane and lifting gear as appointed by the Chief Engineer or his/her substitute.\nCrane Technicians that work with DOF take pride in our assets and work to the highest standards to deliver safe and efficient operations to our clients. Our team aligns to DOF's values; Respect - Integrity - Teamwork - Excellence - And above all we are Safe.\nThis is an opportunity to express interest in joining our team and utilising your skills on our world class fleet of vessels.\nRequirements\nSound applicable knowledge on technical requirements to lifting appliances and its maintenance programmes/systems including Wire Re-socketing, G5 Theory, G11 Banksman Slinger, and Fault-finding courses.\nProven experience working on Subsea projects or within the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.\nCertificate of Competency as Marine Engineer (STCW III/2) and experience working on vessels with Subsea AHC cranes is preferable.\nHold a valid AMSA/Norwegian/other Offshore Industry Standard Medical.\nHold a current or be able to obtain a BOSIET-CAEBS certification is beneficial.\nHold a current MISC or be able to obtain one.\nStrong focus on Health, Safety and Environmental practices.\nExcellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.\nA positive team player with experienced working in a diverse environment.\nProactive, enthusiastic and solutions driven.\nDemonstrate an adaptable and resilient approach to work remotely and manage offshore vessel demands.\nIdentify yourself with our core values: Respect - Integrity - Teamwork - Excellence - And above all we are Safe.\nLocation\nThis position will be based offshore in Australian waters with occasional opportunities internationally.\nApplications:\nThis is an opportunity to express your interest in working with DOF.
