The ideal candidate is methodical, proactive, and has strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion engines will be considered a preferred asset. The selected candidate will join the Technical Design Office Team.\nESSENTIAL TASKS\nDesign and develop automotive products in line with customer requirements and project specifications.\n\nAnalyze customer requests and prepare feasibility studies for new products and applications.\n\nProvide technical support to customers in product selection, application definition, and problem-solving activities.\n\nManage technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making.\n\nPrepare production drawings, technical specifications, tolerances, and product bills of materials.\n\nSupport the Sales Department in product cost estimation and technical evaluation of commercial opportunities.\n\nPlan and organize assigned design activities independently, preparing timing plans and monitoring project progress.\n\nCollaborate with the Experimental Laboratory, Production, and Quality departments to support development, validation, and production phases.\n\nPrepare and manage technical documentation related to DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF requirements, and APQP practices.\n\nPrepare product presentations and contribute to cross-functional and international project activities, including short business trips abroad when required.\n\nPROFILE REQUIRED\nEducation: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Hydraulic or similar.\n\nYears of experience: 8/10 years experience in related positions, automotive preferred\n\nLanguages: High level of both oral and written English.\n\nOther skills: Knowledge in plastic materials and related molding processes.
