With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.\nWe are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of new products, ensuring that customer quality requirements are met from the early stages of each project through to industrialization.\nESSENTIAL TASKS\nParticipate in all stages of new product development, from defining requirements through to series production.\n\nIdentify and communicate customer quality requirements to the project team and monitor their implementation.\n\nPrepare and maintain project quality documentation, including control plans, risk assessments and validation documentation.\n\nParticipate in the preparation and follow-up of FMEAs, control plans and other risk prevention tools.\n\nCoordinate product validation activities and follow up on tests, results and deviations.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Industrialization, Purchasing, Production and Quality teams, as well as suppliers and customers.\n\nManage quality issues during project development, supporting root cause analysis and following up on corrective actions.\n\nPrepare and follow up on product and process approval documentation, such as PPAP, when applicable.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and communicate quality status, risks and action plans.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of project quality processes and methodologies.\n\nPROFILE REQUIRED\nA degree in Electronic, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience in project quality, product quality or product development in an industrial environment.\n\nKnowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, control plans, 8D and root cause analysis.\n\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements.\n\nA level of English that allows you to work with international teams, customers and suppliers.\n\nAn organized, analytical and proactive person with strong communication and teamwork skills.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nJoin a Thriving Company: Work for a rapidly growing and strategically positioned company.\n\nFlexible Work Schedule: Enjoy flexible working hours and the option for a Friday afternoon off.\n\nHybrid Work Model: Experience a hybrid work environment that combines office and remote work.\n\nCustomizable Benefits Package: Take advantage of a flexible payment plan that includes options such as kindergarten support, education benefits, transport allowances, gourmet vouchers, or medical insurance.\n\nDynamic Team Environment: Collaborate in active work environment alongside a team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals.\n\nInclusive Culture: Thrive in an inclusive culture that values diversity, where all individuals, regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, or gender identity, feel respected and valued.\n\nIf you are interested in joining our DOGA team, do not hesitate to apply.
