You’ll investigate product failures and warranty returns, identify root causes, document findings, and work with Quality and Engineering to help prevent problems from happening again.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTroubleshoot and inspect electric motors and components\n\nAnalyze field failures, warranty returns, and quality concerns\n\nDisassemble products to identify potential failure causes\n\nPerform root cause analysis and support corrective actions\n\nRead technical drawings and inspect components\n\nDocument findings and prepare quality reports\n\nPerform rework and final inspections as needed\n\nCommunicate with customers regarding quality issues\n\nParticipate in occasional customer-site inspections\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills\n\nAnalytical mindset with a focus on root cause problem solving\n\nAbility to read technical drawings\n\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills\n\nExperience with electric motors, DC motors, gearmotors, automotive components, or electromechanical products is highly preferred\n\nQuality, maintenance, repair, manufacturing, or technical experience is a plus\n\nSAP and Spanish language skills are a plus\n\nWhat We Offer\nInsurance from Day 1 -
