role is part of a six-month co-op program running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027, and is fully onsite at our Breinigsville Brewery.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Gathering\nCollect data from relevant business, quality, manufacturing, and operational sources.\nWork with internal partners to understand data requirements and identify appropriate sources.\nIntegrate and extract information from multiple datasets using relevant programs, tools, and coding languages.\nOrganize source data to support efficient and accurate analysis.\nData Validation\nReview datasets for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.\nIdentify missing information, anomalies, and potential data-quality concerns.\nPartner with stakeholders to clarify discrepancies and validate findings.\nDocument validation methods, assumptions, and corrections to support transparent analysis.\nData Modeling\nPrepare, clean, and structure datasets for analytical use.\nApply appropriate analytical and statistical methods to real-world quality and operational challenges.\nUse SQL and other relevant tools to integrate, extract, and organize data.\nAdjust analytical methods or direction based on interim findings.\nWhere appropriate, support regression modeling, decision trees, clustering, or other statistical analyses.\nData Interpretation\nAnalyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, and actionable insights.\nApply curiosity and critical thinking when evaluating results.\nConnect analytical findings to quality processes, manufacturing operations, and business needs.\nCollaborate with Corporate Quality and brewery teams to understand the operational context behind the data.\nDevelop clear, evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.\nPresenting Data\nTranslate complex analytical findings into clear and accessible business insights.\nDevelop reports, data visualizations, presentations, and analytical summaries.\nPresent findings to Corporate Quality, brewery, and other cross-functional partners.\nTailor communications based on the audience needs and level of technical expertise.\nClearly explain analytical approaches, key findings, limitations, and recommended next steps.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrent third- or fourth-year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics, computer science, engineering, or another analytics-based program\nExcellent data analysis skills.\nDemonstrated curiosity when reviewing and interpreting data.\nAbility to adapt the direction of an analysis based on interim findings.\nAbility to integrate and extract information from datasets using relevant programs and coding languages.\nExperience using SQL.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a collaborative environment.\nMust continue to be enrolled in school upon completion of the co-op.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience using R or Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.\nExperience conducting statistical analyses, including regression modeling, decision trees, or clustering.\nExperience developing reports, presentations, or data visualizations.\nInterest in
