This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruiting, candidate engagement, and program operations within a dynamic Consumer Package Goods (CPG) environment.\nThis position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027. The role follows a hybrid work model, with team members expected to work three days per week from our Boston Seaport Corporate Office and the remaining days remotely.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruitment Support\nAssist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op and Campus Ambassador candidates.\nCoordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.\nMaintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).\nProgram Management\nHelp plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for early talent participants.\nMonitor program metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement.\nAssist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics.\nAdmin & Project Work\nWork on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations.\nParticipate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.\nPassion for talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nExposure to full-cycle recruitment and program management.\nExperience working in a leading CPG company with a strong focus on early talent.\nOpportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives and make a real impact.\nMentorship and networking opportunities with HR professionals and business leaders.\nThe Boston Beer Company may use AI-enabled tools to assist with identifying qualified candidates and streamline recruiting operations.
