You will be expected to be precise, caring, articulate, and de-escalate hard moments with genuine empathy.\nWe work with people getting a cancer screening test for themselves or someone they love, so empathy and kindness aren't mere buzzwords for us.\nWhat You'll Do\nBe the trusted point of care and coordination, throughout a patient's care journey; especially when they have no one else to turn to\nHandle healthcare queries by phone and video: information about the test, handling anxieties and concerns around the test, operational queries around payments, timelines etc.\nEnsure adherence to their care plan and monitor their progress, anticipating bottlenecks or barriers.\nCheck in proactively with customers during the test process; ensure continuity and comfort from start to finish\nExplain test results in plain language and, without pushing, help customers see the value of regular testing.\nCoordinate logistics and support transitions of care: appointments, diagnostic tests, imaging, cashless navigation and TPA coordination, and referrals\nOwn patient education and advocate for patients at every turn, ensuring their needs and rights are respected\nEscalate symptom-related, diagnostic, or medically sensitive questions to senior healthcare team members through defined paths.\nManage patient electronic health records\nMust-haves\nFluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.\nAbility to pass a case study handling an entire family unit, with several members, concerns, and decision-makers on the line.\nExperience with TPA and cashless insurance navigation with hospitals.\nComfortable working with digital interfaces and dashboards; plus if you can help product teams improve these dashboards through valid feature recommendations\nNice-to-haves\nAYUSH qualification (BAMS, BHMS, or similar) OR experience as a clinical research coordinator or in similar patient-facing roles.\nScience background through 10th grade.\n4 or more languages.\nAbility to travel locally at short notice\nComfortable with ambiguous problems that have no playbook.\nWhat You'll Get\nWorking and growing at a highly ambitious company that's solving a difficult and meaningful problem\nESOPs in a well-funded, pre-revenue company backed by Accel India, Berkeley's House Fund, and other leading global investors.\nA small, interdisciplinary team spanning engineers, scientists, and working detection dogs.
