We are pre-revenue, well-funded, and entering prospective clinical validation.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an Embedded Engineer who enjoys working close to the hardware, from circuit design and PCB development to board bring-up, testing, debugging, and hardware-software integration. This is a hands-on, on-site role in Bangalore. You will work closely with firmware and systems engineers to develop and bring up real-world electronic systems.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, test, and develop custom PCBs for motion control, power distribution, and sensor interfacing.\nWork on analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics systems.\nDevelop motion control systems and interface with microcontrollers, sensors, limit switches, motors, and motor drivers.\nCreate schematics and PCB layouts using Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or equivalent tools.\nSelect components and prepare BOMs, schematics, and engineering documentation.\nCollaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to develop new products and debug system-level issues.\nPerform electronic integrations, testing, and hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.\nTroubleshoot hardware issues systematically and take designs from prototype to a working system.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or a related field.\nStrong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics, circuit theory, power supplies, and electronic components.\nExperience with schematic capture and PCB design tools.\nGood understanding of PCB design principles, component selection, grounding, routing, and signal integrity.\nKnowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, ADCs/DACs, and interfaces such as SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, or Ethernet.\nAbility to read and understand circuit schematics, datasheets, and application notes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nA hands-on approach to building, testing, debugging, and improving hardware.\nMust Have\nExperience: 3+ years in embedded electronics development and integration.\n Skills: Schematic capture, PCB layout, mixed-signal/analog design, power electronics, power management, test and measurement (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer).\nEDA tools: KiCad, Altium, or similar ECAD software.\n Embedded systems: Microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, Arduino), Raspberry Pi, motor controllers and drivers.\nProtocols and interfaces: CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, EtherCAT.\nTools and workflow: Git, prototyping and rework.\nLanguages: C/C++, and Python for hardware testing scripts.\nNice to Have\nHigh-speed layout, signal integrity, EMC/EMI compliance design, and sensor fusion electronics.\nDFM/DFA design principles.\nProficiency in Rust.\nSensor data acquisition over wireless protocols, and signal processing.\nExperience with wearable IoT devices.\nHow to Apply\nApply with your CV and a link to one hardware project or board design you're proud of.
