From there, the role may expand to drive scalable and efficient user acquisition across channels, using organic winners to inform paid growth and potentially broader acquisition channels.\nWe care the full UGC creator roster, which includes sourcing, evaluating, onboarding, supporting, retaining, and replacing creators\n\nOwn and streamline the complete workflow, from briefs and production through feedback, posting, tracking, and payments\n\nTurn promising formats and references into simple briefs creators can execute without extensive hand-holding\n\nSet the creative bar and give clear, actionable feedback on hooks, delivery, styling, pacing, and product integration\n\nRun a disciplined weekly testing cadence, validating formats across creators before scaling them\n\nMeasure performance by creator, format, and platform, including the path from content to installs and activated users\n\nBuild the team, systems, and automation required to scale the program without lowering
