Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and build high-performing teams that reflect our dynamic culture.\nBeyond filling roles, you’llelevate how we hire day-to-day-coaching interviewers, using data to overcome blockers and bringing fresh AI-native ideas to automate the boring stuff so we can work smarter.\nWhat You Will Do…\nDevelop trusted relationships with leaders across different functions-using hiring data, market insights, and overviews of current and future hiring challenges to guide strategy and make impactful hires.\nBuild pipelines of high-caliber, diverse talent for in-demand roles, managing candidate journeys from initial exploratory calls through to closing complex senior offers.\nShadow interviewers, lead washup sessions, and give practical feedback to hiring teams to keep evaluation standards high, objective, and consistent.\nContribute to and lead TA projects/programmes to continuously improve how we hire at Dojo.\nMaintain high data integrity across our core tools while proactively identifying opportunities to adopt AI, streamline workflows, and improve daily hiring efficiency.\nPartner closely with People Partners and broader People team SMEs to align hiring with wider workforce planning and team initiatives.\n\nWhat You Will Bring…\nProven track record as a versatile TA Partner delivering across diverse functions and senior, high-impact searches in a modern technology company.\nStrong track record of building rapport with leaders across different business areas, using data and market context to guide hiring decisions.\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to juggle shifting priorities smoothly across multiple roles and teams.\nResilient and adaptable under pressure, tackling challenges with a constructive, solution-focused mindset.\nPractical, hands-on experience using modern AI tools to speed up daily recruiting tasks, market research, and candidate outreach.\nCuriosity for emerging recruiting tech paired with strong operational comfort across ATS tools, workflows, and TA project delivery.\nDojo home and away\nWe believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person.
