The ideal candidate understands how technology supports business growth and can turn campaign ideas into functional, reliable and measurable digital experiences.\nThe Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimising Dokitami's digital revenue infrastructure. This includes our main website, landing pages, sales pages, assessment funnels, lead-generation systems and Dokitami Leads Platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWebsite and Funnel Development:\n\nContinuously improve existing funnels based on performance data and customer feedback.\nIntegrate forms, customer assessments, lead capture systems and WhatsApp conversion flows.\nDevelop and maintain the company's websites, landing pages, sales pages and assessment funnels.\nBuild and test multiple funnel variations for different products, audiences, campaigns and markets.\nDevelop conversion-focused pages with clear calls to action, responsive layouts and fast loading speeds.\n\nDokitami Leads Platform:\n\nWork with Sales and Marketing to identify operational challenges and implement technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain the company's internal lead management platform.\nImplement and improve lead assignment, reassignment, ownership history and round-robin distribution.\nMaintain data integrity, user permissions, search, filters, pagination and administrative functionality.\nDevelop reporting dashboards for sales performance, revenue, lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.\nMaintain lead statuses, follow-up records, purchase tracking and salesperson attribution.\n\nAdvertising Tracking and Analytics:\n\nTest tracking implementations and prevent incorrect or duplicate event firing.\nCollaborate with Media Buyers to ensure accurate campaign measurement.\nImplement and maintain Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Snapchat tracking and other approved integrations.\nEnsure leads retain relevant source, funnel, campaign and advertising attribution information.\nConfigure and verify conversion events and campaign attribution.\n\nBackend, APIs and Database Management:\n\nMaintain frontend and backend functionality, databases, APIs, authentication and business logic.\nMaintain clear technical documentation and recovery procedures.\nIntegrate third-party services and internal systems.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues affecting lead generation, sales operations and customer experience.\nImprove application performance, reliability, security and scalability.\n\nAI-Assisted Development:\n\nApply AI tools to accelerate development without compromising code quality or system security.\nUse Claude Code, Replit and other appropriate AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing and documentation.\nReview, understand and test AI-generated code before deploying it to production.\nTake full responsibility for the reliability and safety of all deployed changes.\n\nTesting, Deployment and Maintenance:\n\nTest functionality, forms, lead creation, tracking, WhatsApp routing and mobile responsiveness before deployment.\nMaintain backup, rollback and recovery procedures.\nDocument technical changes, integrations, known limitations and deployment procedures.\nMonitor production systems and resolve bugs promptly.\nProtect company systems, customer information, credentials and source code.\nMaintain version control, organised repositories and recoverable deployments.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\n\nTranslate customer feedback and sales objections into improvements to websites and funnels.\nSupport the launch and testing of new campaigns, offers and customer journeys.\nCommunicate technical challenges clearly and recommend practical solutions.\nWork closely with the Head of Brand & Creative, Sales & Communications team, Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Designers and Content team.\n\nPerformance Expectations\n\nThe successful candidate will be evaluated based on:\n\nPlatform ownership: Continuous improvement of the Dokitami Leads Platform.\nCollaboration and ownership: Accountability for outcomes and effective teamwork.\nProduction reliability: Prevention of avoidable outages, regressions and lead losses.\nTracking accuracy: Reliable conversion tracking and campaign attribution.\nSecurity and documentation: Protection of company systems and clear technical records.\nProblem-solving: Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.\nDelivery speed: Ability to execute approved technical requests efficiently.\nDevelopment quality: Reliable, maintainable and correct implementations.\nFunnel performance support: Ability to build, test and improve conversion experiences.\n\nWork Arrangement and Communication:\n\nWorking days are Monday through Saturday.\nWork-related messages should ordinarily receive a response within five minutes during working hours, except where circumstances reasonably prevent an immediate response.\nThe developer is expected to remain reachable on Slack, Dokitami's primary internal communication platform, during working hours.\nThis is a fully remote, full-time position.\nThe developer must communicate technical issues promptly and follow the company's approved processes for deployments, access and production changes.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nStrong communication, documentation and collaboration skills.\nExperience building and maintaining websites, landing pages, forms and web applications.\nExperience with lead management systems, CRM integrations or internal business applications is an advantage.\nKnowledge of version control, deployment processes, debugging, testing and web security.\nFamiliarity with advertising pixels, conversion tracking, analytics and attribution systems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of responsive and mobile-first development.\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code and Replit, or comparable tools.\nDemonstrable experience in full stack web development.\nStrong understanding of frontend and backend development, databases, APIs and
