The ideal candidate must be able to move quickly, pay close attention to detail, take ownership, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Dokitami_Operations_Manager_SOP.\nDokitami is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage inventory, conduct stock counts, and investigate discrepancies.\nIdentify recurring operational problems and recommend process improvements.\nMonitor incoming, pending, dispatched, delivered, and failed orders.\nResolve failed deliveries and other logistics issues promptly.\nSupport Sales & Communication with order, payment, inventory, delivery, and fulfilment information.\nMonitor domestic and international shipments.\nCoordinate nurse visits and ensure proper documentation.\nSupervise Operations staff, including attendance, productivity, task completion, and SOP compliance.\nCoordinate with HR, Sales & Communication, Business Development & Partnerships, Creative/Medical Communications, and Management.\nMonitor operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.\nMonitor low-stock items and coordinate replenishment.\nMaintain a clean, organised, safe, and professional office environment.\nCoordinate couriers, logistics partners, pickups, deliveries, and tracking.\nDocument operational incidents, expenses, inventory movements, deliveries, and other operational activities.\nEnsure orders are accurately prepared and dispatched on schedule.\nEscalate major operational, financial, inventory, security, safety, confidentiality, or fulfilment issues promptly.
