Every design must serve a clear commercial purpose: capturing attention,\r\nbuilding trust, clarifying information, and driving client conversion.\r\n\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\n Advertising & Paid Social Creatives: Design high-converting Meta/Instagram/Facebook static and carousel ad creatives, retargeting assets, and promotional graphics optimized for CTR, lead acquisition, and ROAS.\r\n UI/UX & Conversion Design: Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for landing pages, sales funnels, lead generation forms, client/partner portals, and internal dashboards following proven UX patterns.\r\n Brand Custodianship & Identity: Enforce Dokitami's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring strict adherence to navy blue/green brand color schemes, typography, logo integrity, and visual hierarchy.\r\n Multi-Channel Marketing Assets: Produce social media graphics, email marketing visuals, blog assets, presentation pitch decks, partner flyers, QR-code displays, and print-ready marketing collateral.\r\n Prototyping & Developer Handoff: Build structured wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma; deliver well-organized design specs, component libraries, and responsive guidelines for developer handoff.\r\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Copywriters, Media Buyers, Video Editors, Web\r\n Developers, and Medical Communications to execute cohesive, medically accurate marketing campaigns.\r\n\nQualifications & Technical Requirements\r\n\n Core Design Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and modern digital design tools.\r\n Direct-Response & UI/UX Experience: Demonstrated experience designing high-converting landing pages, lead forms, sales funnels, and performance marketing creatives.Brand & Layout Mastery: Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, mobile-first responsive design, typography,\r\n spacing, visual contrast, and color theory.\r\n AI & Tool Integration: Familiarity with leveraging AI design tools for asset generation, background creation, rapid ideation, and workflow acceleration.\r\n Portfolios & Track Record: Strong portfolio exhibiting both
