Dokmi is looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer who is passionate about building user-friendly, high-performing websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working on both front-end and back-end development. A basic understanding of SEO best practices will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and basic PHP frameworks
Convert designs (Figma, PSD, PDF, etc.) into responsive, functional websites
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to enhance website features
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix website issues for clients and internal projects
Assist in implementing basic SEO practices (on-page optimization, page speed improvements, structured layout)
Collaborate with designers and team members to deliver high-quality projects
Follow best practices for clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering
- Only Female
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Ability to convert design files into working websites
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
