Employment: full-time.\nRole purpose\nMake sure Dokuma's software products meet approved requirements and quality standards before release. Plan and run tests, find and document defects, verify fixes and work with Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Operations so every release is reliable.\nKey responsibilitiesTest planning: review requirements and acceptance criteria; flag gaps early; write test plans, scenarios and cases with strong coverage.\nFunctional and API testing: verify workflows, business rules and permissions across web, mobile and APIs; validate data integrity.\nRegression and integration: run regression after every change; test modules and external integrations; maintain reusable test suites.\nDefect management: reproduce and document defects with clear steps and evidence; track them to closure; escalate critical issues.\nUAT and release checks: support user acceptance testing with Operations; run release regression and post-deployment smoke tests.\nKey success measuresTest execution on schedule.\nRequirements test coverage.\nQuality of defect reports.\nDefects missed before release.\nRetest turnaround.\nRegression run before release.\nTest documentation quality.\nCore competenciesTechnical: structured, methodical testing; defect investigation and troubleshooting; clear technical documentation.\nBehavioural: analytical thinking; attention to detail; prioritisation; clear communication; teamwork; integrity and objectivity.\n\n Requirements\n Qualifications and experienceDegree, diploma or training in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT.\n2+ years in software testing or quality assurance.\nExperience writing and executing test cases.\nSolid grasp of functional, regression and integration testing.\nDesirable experienceAPI testing with Postman or similar.\nSQL and database validation.\nBug tracking and test tools.\nAutomated testing frameworks.\nAgile, CI/CD and release verification.\nMobile or business-critical systems.\nHow to apply: send your CV and qualifications to [email protected].
