About the Role

We are looking for a Information Security Analyst to join our Information Security Engineering team in Poland. This role will support the implementation of security technologies, execution of key security projects, and development of data-driven reporting capabilities using AI and automation.

The ideal candidate is a technically curious, hands-on security professional who enjoys implementing tools, improving processes, analyzing security data, and turning complex information into actionable insights. You will work closely with security architecture, operations, infrastructure teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to improve security visibility, efficiency, and risk reduction across the enterprise.

This role provides broad exposure across vulnerability management, security tooling, penetration testing support, exception management, CMDB and asset data, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled security analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Security Technology Implementation

  • Assist with the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of security technologies and tools.
  • Support security engineering projects and integration of security tools with enterprise platforms, data sources, and operational workflows.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept and proof-of-value evaluations for new security technologies.
  • Support ongoing improvements across vulnerability management, exception management, penetration testing remediation, CMDB, Axonius, endpoint platforms, security dashboards, and related processes.

Security Projects and Program Support

  • Support security engineering projects from planning through implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to support project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, requirements, status updates, implementation details, and stakeholder communication.
  • Communicate project status, risks, blockers, and next steps.
  • Support projects related to exception management, CMDB and asset visibility, Axonius, penetration testing remediation, cloud, end-user device and on-premises security initiatives, dashboards, and reporting.

Data Analysis, Reporting, and AI Enablement

  • Analyze data from security tools and operational platforms to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and metrics that improve visibility into security risks and remediation progress.
  • Use AI-assisted techniques to improve data analysis, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop repeatable reporting processes and transform raw security data into actionable findings and business-relevant insights.
  • Support creation of findings reports, prioritization views, results summaries, and management reporting.

Vulnerability and Findings Management Support

  • Support vulnerability management through data analysis, reporting, remediation tracking, and project coordination.
  • Assist stakeholders with remediation activities for vulnerabilities, penetration test findings, and other security issues.
  • Help prioritize findings based on risk, impact, ownership, and remediation status.
  • Partner with Security Operations, GRC, and engineering teams to improve findings review, routing, and reporting processes.

Automation, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational security tasks.
  • Support research and development activities focused on AI, automation, and security process improvement.
  • Assist in building scalable and repeatable workflows.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, process documents, and knowledge articles.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support education, awareness, and adoption of security tools, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in information security, security engineering, IT engineering, systems administration, cloud operations, vulnerability management, data analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Basic experience with scripting, automation, or data manipulation.
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability management, risk management, and security controls.
  • Experience working with security tools, IT systems, dashboards, reports, or operational data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on assignments, and work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted workflows for analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
  • Experience creating dashboards, metrics, or reports using Excel, Power BI, Jira dashboards, SQL, Python, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with vulnerability management programs or security findings remediation.
  • Experience with security tools such as asset management, vulnerability management, endpoint security, cloud security, EDR, SIEM, or reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMDB, Axonius, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience supporting security assessments, penetration testing, exception management, or audit-related activities.
  • Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or similar are a plus.
